I’m Tom Douglas — a Design Director with 13 years’ experience turning sharp thinking into powerful creative. I lead across strategy, copy and design, building ideas that aren’t just exciting, but structured, scalable and built to last.
I’m comfortable owning a brief from start to finish — shaping the concept, pressure-testing it, and evolving it into cohesive systems and campaigns. I care deeply about the craft. Graphic design and art direction aren’t just skills to me — they’re obsessions.
My creative lens is bold and progressive. I've learnt the rules and I know when to bend or break them! I thrive in teams that value brave thinking and high standards, and I bring a calm, steady presence when the pressure’s on. I love the tension of a big challenge — and the satisfaction of landing it.
